    Abstract: 中小企業是台灣經濟活動的主力。台灣地區的中小企業並非立地於歐美大陸版塊,其創造競爭優勢的關鍵因素便是能夠善用其自身特有的技術與專業,以敏捷、合作的思考,建立起自有品牌的供應鏈,抑或是加入大型事業集團的供應鏈。經濟學人雜誌(2012)指出,全球經濟現正悄悄進行著第三次的工業革命,世界工廠的成本優勢已不復以往,過去20年全球供應鏈「中國製造、美國消費」的模式將被改寫;過往著眼於物料、生產、配送等三個面象對供應鏈物流進行計算與優化的管理模式,不盡然能完全適用於次世代的供應鏈。次世代供應鏈中,一個核心要素就是「合作(cooperation)」,包含市場通路、供應商、委外廠商等企業間的跨組織合作,及企業內部跨不同功能部門間的合作;以合作的思維,架構起供應鏈的運作機制,藉由資訊分享與流程協同,統合企業內或企業間的營運活動,形成共同配適合作的事業網路。 承上所述,本研究以台灣地區中小型企業為研究對象,以實證研究方法,從「配適(fit)」的觀點對其供應鏈結構與供應鏈績效間之關係進行探討。研究首先將以相關理論為基礎推演出模型與假說,進而對約3000家中小型企業發出研究問卷,並以結構方程模式(Structural Equation Model; SEM) 為主要統計分析方法進行分析,進而進行論述。對於台灣地區的中小型企業而言,次世代供應鏈的佈署已非僅是成本優化的問題,而是必需進一步從組織層面來深化,研究成果期能做為中小企業建構次世代供應鏈的參考。 ;Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) are the mainstay of Taiwan's economic activities. Due to not geographically located in the mainland Europe or America, SMEs in Taiwan need to create their competitive advantage by making good use of their own unique technologies and professions, to establish their own brands of supply chains with agile and cooperative thinking, or join the supply chain of large business groups in the world. The Economist (2012) pointed out that the global economy is now carrying out the third industrial revolution. The cost advantage of the world factory is no longer the same as usual. In the past 20 years, the business model of global supply chain as "Made in China, while sold in the US" will be changed; focusing on materials, production, and distribution aspects to manage and optimize the supply chain logistics management model, will not fully applicable to the next generation supply chain. In the next generation supply chain, a core element is “cooperation”, which includes cross-organizational cooperation among enterprises such as market channels, suppliers and subcontractors, and cooperation among different functional departments within the enterprise; The structure of the operation mechanism of the supply chain, through information sharing and process collaboration, integrate business activities within the enterprise or between enterprises, forming a business network suitable for cooperation structural fit.According to the above, this study explores the relationship between supply chain structure and supply chain performance from the perspective of “fit” with SMEs in Taiwan as the research object. Firstly, the models and hypotheses will be developed based on relevant theories, and then a research questionnaire will be sent to about 3,000 SMEs, and the structural equation model (SEM) will be used as the main statistical analysis method for analysis and discussion. For SMEs in Taiwan, the deployment of the next generation supply chain is not only a matter of cost optimization, but must be further deepened to all organizational levels. The research results could be a reference for SMEs when building a next generation supply chain.
