    Abstract: 本計畫選用TI DLP660TE 0.66 DMD面板做投影機大口徑鏡頭設計,並對境溫度攝氏10度至80度對熱的分析與校正,及相對照度之在鏡面鍍上單層抗反射膜穿透率、鏡片內部穿透率、光源立體角分析與探討。本計畫鏡頭規格設定焦距為24 mm,F/#為1.71,投影距離10 m,投影屏幕大小為280吋,由十片以上玻璃鏡片所組成,可含有一、二片非球面鏡片,在成像面上之垂直方向DMD偏移 100%,其最大像高為11.038 mm,在設計的消熱差過程,可選用鏡筒材料由金屬材料鋁或塑膠材料PMMA,來補償消熱差效果。本鏡頭設計之成像品質要求在環境溫度攝氏10度至80度下,其MTF(93 lp/mm)最大值可達到0.6以上,橫向色差小於5.4 m(DMD一畫素大小),光學畸變小於0.2%,電視畸變小於0.1%,相對照度達90%。 ;The project uses TI DLP 660 TE 0.66 DMD panel for projector large-diameter lens design, and analyzes and corrects the heat from 10 degrees C to 80 degrees C, and discusses the relative illumination for the surface transmittance of single-layer AR-coating, internal transmittance of lens, the solid angle of light source. In this project, the specification of lens is set to the focal length of 24 mm, F/# is 1.71, projection distance is 10 m, and projection screen size is 280 inches. The lens consists of more than ten glass lenses, it can contain one or two aspherical lenses. The vertical direction of DMD 100% offset on the image plane, and the maximum image height is 11.038 mm. In the design of the athermal process, the choice material of the lens barrel is made of metal material aluminum or plastic material PMMA to compensate for the athermalization. The image quality of this lens design requires an MTF(93 lp/mm) large than 0.6, and lateral color is less than 5.4 m (DMD pixel size) at a temperature of 10 degrees C to 80 degrees C. The distortion is less than 0.2%, the TV distortion is less than 0.1%, and the relative illumination is large than 90%.
