;Ten years! It has been ten years since the start of operations of Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN. LHC made two successful runs. The CMS experiment collected about 150/fb of data and submitted more than 800 scientific papers to the journals. The Taiwan CMS teams, NTUHEP and NCUHEP, has significantly contributed to the construction of detectors and the physics harvest in the LHC since 1999. Although the number of participants from Taiwan is just about 1% of CMS members, our contributions, including the physics publications, to CMS is much more than this fraction. From 2024 to mid-2026, CMS will install several new detectors to provide the necessary physics performance under the challenging of high luminosity at the LHC. This is the so-called phase-2 upgrade project. The electromagnetic and hadronic endcap calorimeters in CMS will be replaced with the high granularity calorimeter (HGCal), which will be the largest silicon-based calorimeter every built. We propose Taiwan teams to involve in CMS HGCal upgrade and increase our visibility in CMS.
