    Abstract: 近幾年來鐵基超導體已經引起極大的興趣,因為它們很適合用來研究磁性與超導性的相互作用。在鐵基超導體中,硒化鐵因為它簡單的化學組成而格外受到重視。研究硒化鐵雖然已經得到許多有趣的結果,但是仍存在許多爭議,主要肇因於非常困難取得純相的硒化鐵樣品。在此計畫書中,我們計畫架設兩個成長系統。其中一個二區管狀爐將用來成長大尺寸純相硒化鐵單晶,另一個分子束磊晶系統將用來在STO基板上成長硒化鐵薄膜。我們將有系統地探索成長條件以得到高品質、具有高超導臨界溫度的樣品。如果計畫執行成功,從這些高品質樣品所取得的知識將幫助我們了解鐵基超導體超導性的非傳統來源。這些知識將為未來鐵基超導體的應用奠定基礎。 ;Iron-based superconductors have attracted tremendous interests in recent years because they are good candidates to study the interplay between magnetism and superconductivity. Among the iron-based superconductors, iron selenide (FeSe) stands out because of its simple chemical composition. Investigating FeSe has yielded a lot of interesting results, but not without controversies, resulting mainly from the difficulties to prepare phase-pure FeSe single crystals and thin films. In this proposal, we plan to set up two growth systems. A two-zone tube furnace will be used to grow a large phase-pure FeSe single crystals. A MBE system will be used to grow FeSe thin films on STO. The detailed knowledge gathered from these high-quality samples should help understanding the unconventional origin of the superconductivity in iron-based superconductors, which may become the key step to utilize the iron-based superconductors for applications.
