    Abstract: 本計畫目標為利用二次光學元件及光學混光分析技巧,設計一種低眩光且色溫可調的LED外科手術燈具之光學技術。擬開發的色溫可調的LED外科手術燈具屬複合模組燈具,複合模組由多個單元模組所組成,單元模組包含雙反射罩及數種不同顏色的LED晶片,藉由雙反射罩降低眩光,並調變各個顏色LED的輸出功率,達到可調變色溫的目標。第一年進行低眩光手術燈雙反射罩幾何輪廓初階設計,接著利用目標區光分佈分析,及混光原理配合色溫演色性技計算分析完成單模組LED最佳排列計算,達成單元模組基礎。第二年考量手術燈複合模組設計,搭配單元模組的改善與排列組合,以降低眩光對整燈進行分析,完成整燈進階設計與驗證,並加入混光腔設計分析,實作驗證。本計畫預期設計可調色溫範圍內進行數種可調色溫切換,且達到低眩光及高演色性,以提升手術燈整體光使用之效能,並符合國際規範標準。 ;The goal of this project is to design an optical technology for LED surgical lamps with low glare and adjustable color temperature by using secondary optics and light-mixing analysis techniques. The color temperature-adjustable LED surgical lamp is a multi-module lamp. The multi-module is composed by a plurality of module units, and the module units comprises a double reflector and a plurality of LED chips of different colors. By using a double reflector reducing glare and modulate the output power of LED of each color to achieve the goal of adjustable color temperature. In the first year, design a low-glare surgical light double-reflection mask geometric profile initial design. And then using the light distribution analysis of the target area and the color mixing principle and combine with the color temperature color rendering analysis to complete the optimal arrangement calculation of the LED module units. And accomplish the basis of module units. The second year, considering the design of the surgical lamp multi-module and combined with the improvement and arrangement of the module unit to reduce the glare to analyze the whole lamp. And complete the overall design and verification of the whole lamp, and add the lignt-mixing design analysis , and verify the implementation. . The project is expected to design a adjustable several color temperature within the color temperature range, and achieve low glare and high color rendering to improve the light using efficiency of the surgical lamps and meet international standards.
