    Abstract: 隨著國人環保意識的抬頭,國內社會大眾對環境品質的關注與期待也日益提升,而空氣污染問題也從過去單一公害污染事件逐漸衍變為整體性的環境保護與區域空氣品質的管理。為加速空氣品質改善的幅度,環保署引進美國聯邦環保署清淨空氣法之立法精神,作為我國推動區域空氣品質管理制度之法源基礎,除將台灣地區依空品區進行區域管理外,亦針對特定固定污染源訂定相關法規。國內各項產業中,中、小型企業占9成以上,中、小型鍋爐共12,623座,其排放之PM、SOx及NOx對空氣品質影響甚巨,針對大型企業之空氣污染物控制技術及設備雖已趨成熟,但此類相關技術的初設成本及營運成本往往超出中、小型企業所能負荷。過去國內甚少針對中、小型企業排放之空氣污染物強度與操作參數進行系統性探討或針對空氣污染防制技術進行研發,而民國109年7月1日起將全面加嚴鍋爐之空氣汙染物排放標準,因此發展適合過內中、小型企業鍋爐之空氣汙染防制技術迫在眉睫。本團隊將使用高級氧化法配合濕式洗滌新式技術,協助國內中、小型企業去除燃煤鍋爐所排放之SOx、NOx污染物,此法具有高效能、低成本並能同時去除SOx、NOx之優勢,配合污染物之相關參數,進而掌握相關行業之污染物排放量與所需控制效率,為國內中、小型企業提供最佳可行控制技術,以有效改善國內空氣品質,降低國人之健康風險。 ;As environmental protection consciousness gains ground, public pay more and more attention on the environmental issue. Air pollution problem has gradually evolved from a single pollution incident to a comprehensive and regional air quality management issue. In order to improve air quality, Taiwan EPA adopted the concept of Clean Air Act of the U.S. EPA as the basis to establish air quality management strategy. Small and medium-sized enterprises account for more than 90% of industries in Taiwan, and there are 12,623 medium and small-sized boilers. Due to ineffective control, air pollutants, such as PM, SOx and NOx, emitted by the boilers still contribute to local air pollution. However, few studies focus on developing air pollution control technologies which are suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. Meanwhile, air pollution emission standards of boilers become more stringent starting in 2020, so it is urgent to find a new way to solve these problems. Our team will develop advanced oxidation process to help domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to remove SOx and NOx from coal-fired boilers. This method has the advantages of high energy efficiency, low cost, and simultaneous removal of SOx and NOx. The objective is to provide the best available control technology for domestic enterprises to effectively reduce SOx and NOx emissions and reduce the risks of public health.
