    Abstract: 工業生產不斷追求自動化與大量客製化,再加上工業4.0自動化技術不斷的演進,自動化客製大量生產的趨勢幾乎已經是不可逆的走勢。但在不斷強調自動化的時候,如何妥善的安排設備維護工作,已經成為維持工廠高效生產的必要條件之一。
    過往預防性維護的研究不少,但大多預防性維護的研究以及應用,都需要用到大量的數學運算才能完成。這對後續產業實際應用來說,是個不小的門檻。未來希望透過模擬軟體的協助,達到僅需以非常簡易的數學運算,就完成維護參數的最佳化作業。
    本研究透過Arena模擬軟體,以台灣M公司為個案,為一個射出成型廠進行維護最佳化的模擬與研究。在本研究中,將先透過資料蒐集與產線觀察,取得初步的產線數據後,透過Arena建構模擬模型,最後再以OptQuest進行維護參數的最佳化,讓產線日後在安排維護工作、維護頻率以及維護人員數量時,有一個可以參考的依據。;The pursuit of automation and mass customization in industrial production, coupled with the evolution of industry 4.0, the trend of mass customization is irreversible. However, as automation implement, how to arrange equipment maintenance has become the most important of factor for production.
    There have been many studies on preventive maintenance, but most of the study and application of preventive maintenance require a lot of mathematical knowledge to implement. This could make a threshold for the practical application of industries. This study target to using simulation software, make the optimization of maintenance parameters can be completed with very simple mathematical knowledge.
    This study uses Arena simulation software, taking Taiwan M Company as a case, to perform maintenance optimization simulation and research for an injection molding plant. First, through production data collection and observation, obtain preliminary production data, build an Arena simulation model. After model is confirmed, than optimize the maintenance parameters with OptQuest. Target is to build a reference simulation model for optimized machine maintenance plan and engineer resource.
