    Abstract: 近年人們對於環保議題更加重視,政府為了提倡節能減碳,並打造永續家園,積極推動各項措施,其中「綠色運輸」也是推動重點之一。目前自行車租賃站之選址、租賃站容量擴充及自行車之佈署仍依靠人工經驗判斷決策,缺乏整體系統性的考量。因此,本研究考量滿足所有需求,建構一自行車租賃站選址與容量擴充暨自行車佈署模式,期能有效幫助營運規劃者在決策租賃站之設置位置、各租賃站擴充之容量以及自行車在各站之佈署。
    本研究以營運規劃者之立場,考量實務相關限制條件,利用時空網路流動之技巧,以最小總營運成本為目標,構建出自行車租賃站選址與容量擴充暨自行車佈署模式,配合CPLEX數學規劃軟體進行求解。而因問題規模過於龐大,無法在合理時間內求解,本研究亦發展啟發式演算法進行求解。為評估此模式之實用性,本研究以桃園市某一自行車租賃系統為例進行測試與分析,最後提出結論與建議。;People are caring about environment protection in recent years. In order to promote energy saving, carbon reduction, and create a sustainable environment.The government actively promotes various precautions And the “Green Transportation” is also one of the key points. However, bicycle-sharing service schedules still be planed by experienced center staff currently in Taiwan. It lacks overall systematic consideration. Therefore, this study considers satisfying all demands and build the model which can effectively help the operation planner in deciding the location of the rental station, the expansion capacity of each rental station and the deployment of bicycles at each station.
    This study takes the position of the operation planner who considers the practical constraints and employs the technology of time-space network to minimize the total operating cost. The problem will be solved by CPLEX. Considering the scale of the problem is too large to solve in a reasonable time, this study developes a heuristic algorithm to solve. To evaluate the practicality of this model, this study takes a bicycle-sharing rental system in Taoyuan as an example for testing and analysis.
