Abstract:	桃園市於103年12月25日正式升格為直轄市，市府大力推動大桃園地區道路改善，桃園市於107及108年執行道路改善時，結合現行道路工程相關規範，並配合內政部營建署前瞻計畫，將人本多目標改善導入道路工程，大幅提升整體道路品質，其中「107-108年度騎樓整平工程」及十六條「桃園市提升道路品質前瞻計畫-人本示範道路多目標改善工程」成效優異，將「以人為本」的觀念植入桃園市民的心中。本研究採用「總結分析法」就研究者實務推動前瞻計畫導入桃園市人行環境改善之過程，依辦理時所導入的指標及改善策略之執行目的、項目及成果進行探討，並利用專家訪談歸納前瞻計畫的導入是否能有效改善桃園地區人行環境，最終總結前瞻計畫導入桃園市人行環境之實務經驗及改善帶來的成果效益做出建議及總結。 ;Taoyuan City was formally upgraded to a municipality directly under the Central Government on December 25, 2014. Taoyuan City Government actively promote road improvement in Taoyuan. When Taoyuan City implemented road improvements in 2018 and 2019, it combined existing road engineering related specifications with the Construction and Planning Agency’s forward-looking plan to introduce human-oriented and multi-objective improvements into road engineering. Greatly improving overall road quality. Among “2018-2019 overhangs of storefronts leveling project” and “Taoyuan City Prospective Plan to Improve Road Quality-Road Multi-Objective Improvement Project” achieved excellent results. Put the concept of "people-oriented" into the hearts of Taoyuan citizens. This thesis used "summary analysis method" to introduce the researcher′s practical promotion of the forward-looking plan into the Taoyuan City pedestrian environment improvement process, discussing the implementation goals, projects , and results of the indicators and improvement strategies introduced during the process, and using expert interviews to summarize the forward-looking plan Whether the introduction of the painting can effectively improve the pedestrian environment in Taoyuan, and finally summarize the practical experience of the forward-looking plan to introduce the pedestrian environment in Taoyuan City and the results and benefits of the improvement.
