現在市區道路工程多以養護為主,因此縣市政府的歲修標案如果能結合道路巡檢工作,方能有效的提高巡檢後臨時修補轉正式派工施作刨鋪的時間,且隨著時代的進步,巡檢工作引入電子式儀器設備,成為所謂的智能巡檢,可大幅節省人力需求並有著統一的判斷標準,從現場的巡檢作業查報,透過軟體連結到電腦系統,在電腦上做到直接派工,一連貫的作業可以快速且有效率的完成,併同道路資訊管理平台的加入,更能有效掌握大數據回饋所得的訊息。 且為了永續發展,在巡檢時即可將損壞嚴重的位置導入循環經濟的材料,因為目前所有的瀝青拌合廠都面臨著刨除粒料過剩無處堆置的問題,如能有效的去化並減少天然粒料使用,還能加強原本路基強度,對臺灣的環境幫助甚大。 本研究所探討的管理模式,是以新北市實際道路維護的運作方式檢討發展而來,較能符合市區道路將來維護需要,有效提昇整體維護績效,更可提供其他機關作為市區道路維護管理模式建置的參考。 ;Nowadays, road projects in urban areas are mostly maintenance-oriented. Therefore, if the annual repair bids of the county and city governments can be connected to the road inspections, it can increase the efficiency of the temporary repairs and the official dispatch of paving after inspections. Changing with the times, the electronic instruments and equipments introduced into the inspections, so-called intelligent inspection, can greatly save manpower requirements and have a unified standard of judgment. The inspection report of the on-site inspection operation is connected to the computer system through software. The dispatch can be processed directly via computer, and a succession of tasks can be completed quickly and efficiently. With the addition to the road information management platform, the information obtained from the big data feedback can be revealed more effectively. In addition, for sustainable development, circular economy materials can be used in severely damaged locations during inspections. All current asphalt mixing plants face the problem of removing excess pellets and nowhere to stack. If the pellets can be effectively removed, the strength of the original roadbed can be enhanced and help the environment of Taiwan greatly. The management model discussed in this research is based on the review and development of the actual road maintenance operation of New Taipei City. It can better meet the future maintenance needs of urban roads and effectively improve the overall maintenance performance. It can also provide other agencies as urban road maintenance management Reference for model building.
