    Title: H-bot機構雷射加工控制之研究

    Abstract: 隨著科技不斷進步,雷射加工機台除了講究精度及速度外,減少機台體積以及降低各馬達負載亦是一大目標,本研究中選用之H-bot機構則有別於業界大部分使用的XY平台或是龍門式平台,具有輕量化、以及馬達負載低等優點。
    為了能順利完成雷射加工,本研究利用C#設計了簡易的使用者介面,能將輸入的二維點陣圖進行前處理並轉換成加工碼,然後藉由STM32微控制器讀取加工碼,並設計相關電路,加以控制馬達驅動器及雷射,最終達成雷射加工一途。
    實驗方面則比對各種路徑模式之效果,並且藉由軟體上的設計、改進,修正因機構產生的各種誤差,像是圖像的波紋以及齒輪的背隙造成的瑕疵,以及研究不同雷射功率與造成的灰階之間的關係,最後比對與機器手臂雷射加工的結果圖差異。
    ;With the advancement of technology, the laser processing machine is the usual manufacture. In addition to the accuracy and speed of laser processing machines, reducing the size of the machine and a load of the motor is also an important issue.
    Different from the XY platform or gantry platform, which is often used in industry, the H-bot mechanism used in this study has the advantages of lightweight and low motor load. This research designed a user interface that can pre-process the input 2D bitmap and convert it into Gcode, which lets the microcontroller STM32 read. Besides, we design relevant circuits to control the motor driver and laser. Finally, achieve laser processing.
    The effects of four path modes are analyzed in this research. Through the design and improvement of the software, various problems caused by the mechanism are corrected. In addition, the relationship between the gray scale and different laser power are tested. Finally, we compare the difference between the laser processing results and the robot’s results.
