鈑件成形是機械重要成形方法之一,製作鈑件成品必頇考慮鈑件成形性 及彈回對成形件尺寸的影響。本研究目的在於建立鈑件成形及彈回變化的資料庫,根據實驗值建立鋁合金之成形極限圖及成形後最大彈回量,並冺用軟體模擬分析剷雪機煞車press brake 零件沖壓成形應力/應變變化及破裂分析同時預測成形最大彈回量。本文使用AA5754-O、AA5182-O、AA6022-T4三種材料進行研究,這些材料被廣泛應用在汽車工業,成形實驗使用Nakazima 實驗,本彈回實驗使用不同模具Three point bending、Unconstrain bending,並以試片的壓延方向(0°,90°)作為條件參數,V-bending 以有無貼模、模具開口及模具拋光與否作為條件參數進行比較,產生的結果差異分析對成形性之影響,以Simufact16.0 軟體模擬及實驗結果的趨勢作相互比較分析,得到上述三種鋁合金的彈回性質。;Sheet metal forming is one of the most important methods of forming in machinery. Forming sheet product consider the influence of sheet formability and springback on the size of shaped parts .The purpose of this study is to establish a database of sheet metal forming and springback changes, establish a forming limit diagram of aluminum alloy and the maximum springback after forming based on experimental values, and use software simulation analysis snow blower press brake stress / strain changes The fracture analysis also predicts the maximum springback of the forming. AA5754-O, AA5182-O and AA6022-T4, are used for research. These materials are widely used in the automotive industry, the forming experiment are used (0, 90 °) as a condition parameter. Different frictional forces of the molds are compared as conditional parameters. The analysis result analyzed with the simulation of the Simufact 16.0 software of the differences in the impact on the formability is compared with the experimental results, obtaining properties of springback of three materials.
