    Title: 瀝青混凝土鋪面加鋪作業溫降量測之開放交通時機研究

    Abstract: 由於台灣地區交通流量增加,使得台灣地區高速公路之路面整修作業,採用夜間離峰時段來進行,為了避免影響白天車流,常需於早上六時前開放車道。因為夜間施工,路面降溫較快,影響路面結構強度發展,又因提早開放通車,使得養治時間不足,對路面結構強度發展有不良影響,包括開放交通後的變形、車轍以及剪力破壞等現象。因此探討在加鋪工程最佳開放交通時機,進行現地量測與試驗室模擬是有必要性。 在現地量測作業部分包括現地降溫曲線量測與現地勁度量測,量測地點包含了南投台21線60k (密級配瀝青混凝土)、國一線333k台南地區(密級配瀝青混凝土)、國三線新竹北上94K(SMA)與國三線苗栗後龍段北上132k(PA)等四段路。而實驗室模擬量測方面是以現地取料方式來進行實驗室模擬,實驗包括模擬戶外降溫曲線量測及力學成效分析,其對瀝青混凝土種類包含傳統密級配瀝青混凝土、SMA、PA等三種瀝青混凝土。將現地量測作業結果與實驗室模擬結果兩者作進一步結合分析,以求出最佳開放交通時機。在最佳開放交通時機方面,本研究採用多層彈性理論分析以及車轍試驗評估兩者進行分析比對,進而求得最佳開放交通時機溫度與時間。 研究成果顯示,SMA開放時機為路面表面溫度70℃以下或養治時間100分鐘以上;PA開放時機為路面表面溫度70℃以下或養治時間60分鐘以上;密級配路面表面溫度60℃以下或養治時間150分鐘以上。由以上說明可知,使用改質瀝青可提早開放交通,縮短封閉交通過長所造成的問題。 In Taiwan, highway pavement repair usually carry out at night in order not to influence the heavy traffic at daytime, and engineers should make the traffic open to public use before 6:00 am. Owing to work at night time, the pavement temperature changes rapidly, thus influence the development of structural strength. Furthermore, the curing time is not sufficient because of open up traffic earlier. These will cause unfavorable influences on pavement such as crack, rutting and shear failure. Therefore, research the best occasion to open traffic on overlay engineering, inclusive of on-site measurement and laboratory test are quite necessary. The on-site measurement data inclusive of temperature changing curve and material stiffness. The data is from provincial highway No.21, 60k, Nantau(DGAC); national highway No.1, 333k, Tainan(DGAC); national highway No.3, northern 94k, Xinzhu(SMA), and northern 132k(PA). Laboratory samples are taken from the construction site. Experiments are temperature changing curve measurement and material mechanic analysis, it should be notice that the temperature is simulate as the construction site. Combine data both from on-site and laboratory, by using multi-layer theory and analyzing data from rutting experiment, we can obtain the best curing time and pavement temperature while open traffic. Result shows that, the best occasion of SMA: pavement temperature lower then 70℃,curing time should more then 100 min.; best occasion of PA: pavement temperature lower then 70℃, curing time more then 60 min.; best occasion of DGAC: pavement temperature lower then 60℃, curing time more then 150 min. We can notice that using of polymer modified asphalt can sufficiently resolve the problem caused by shutting traffic.
