    Abstract: 目前全世界尚無以系統生物學基因資料分析,評估不同肝纖維化實驗模式之差異,本計畫使用仿生設備建立快速肝纖維化細胞模式,與傳統動物肝纖維化模式進行次世代轉錄體定序,結合人工智慧計算來評估不同肝纖維化模式之差異。預期本計畫將提供廠商更多元的數據分析,讓設備所產出的結果與傳統動物實驗做比較,此快速建置之肝纖維化細胞模式是否可以取代或是降低動物實驗之使用,此分析方法國外同型競爭者產品無此證據,如能將研究成果有系統地增加於廠商未來開發之商品中,將提升產品鑑別度為市場做創新,為仿生實驗與動物實驗差異做出系統性評估 ;Until now, without system biology gene data analysis to evaluate the differences of different experimental models of liver fibrosis. This project uses bionic equipment to establish a rapid liver fibrosis cell model, which is compared with traditional animal liver fibrosis models with RNAseq data. We used AI techniques for evaluation of liver fibrosis in different liver fibrosis models. This project will provide manufacturers with more diversified data analysis, so that the results produced by the device can be compared with traditional animal experiments. We will demonstrate that whether stretch-induced liver fibrosis cell model can replace or reduce the use of animal experiments. If the research results can be systematically added to the products development in the future, the product identification will be improved, the market will be innovated, and the difference between bionic and animal experiments will be systematically evaluated.
