    摘要: LED或固態光源已廣泛地被採用於一般照明與許多的特殊照明,從學理的研究上來看,目前這些半導體光源因光通量密度受限,仍無法取代的是小角度又具有相當光色要求的強投射照明,這其中又以長投射距離的舞台燈為代表。為解決這個問題,LED光源的光通量密度要達到相當高的強度,而且包括晶片及螢光粉的散熱也變得非常棘手,因此這是一個目前國際上仍無法有效解決的問題。本計畫是一個為期三年的計畫,目的就是要以系統的角度去發展這樣的投射燈,涵蓋的技術項目包括光展量的計算、LED的選用、LED的封裝、LD的位置優化、發光密度的提升、光子循環技術的發展、螢光粉的配方與優化、螢光粉的散熱、系統散熱與投射燈的光學設計等。本計畫三年的執行將以實際的樣品展示所發展的長距離投射燈作為計畫的成果,其中第一年將是以LED為光源,進行所有的相關設計,並模擬出其成效;第二年將是所有次系統的優化、進化與製作,並且展示其結果;第三年則是以LD為光源,改變原來的LED系統,強化螢光體的散熱後,進行實際系統的設計與製作。本計畫經過三年的研究,對於LED或LD固態光源作為高光色水準之長距離投射技術將有一個相當重要的成果展現,對於國際固態照明的技術發展有其重要的貢獻。 ;With no doubt, LED or the other solid-state light sources have been extensively applied to general lighting or some special lighting applications. According to the essential principle, LED or LD is still limited by its relatively low optical (or flux density) so that such light sources cannot be applied to a long-distance projection lamp with high quality in optics and color performance. The most important representative example among them is the long-distance stage projection lamp. To conquer the barrier, we not only need to extend the optical exitance to a certain level, but also to take away heavy heat from the LED/LD die and the phosphor as well. Obviously, this is a remained problem in the worldwide solid-state light community. Therefore, here we propose a three-year project to develop a long-distance & high quality stage projection lamp. The study in the project is based on the systematic design, including the factors of calculation of etendue, LED die property, LED package, optimization of LD, increase of flux density, design of photon recycling, phosphor recipe, heat dissipation of phosphor and the whole system and optical design of the projection lamp. The result of the project will be the realization of the projection lamp rather than simulation or design. In the first year, we will make all the designs based on LED, and all simulation will be done. In the second year, we will optimize the design and fabricate the system and demonstrate the result. In the third year, we will redesign the system to fit the characteristic of the new light source, LD. In this year, to increase the heat dissipation capability for phosphor body is the most important top. Through the study in the coming three years along the project, we believe that the research accomplishment will be important and helpful in developing a long-distance & high quality projection lamp and will be appreciated by the international community of solid-state lighting.
