    Abstract: 臺灣山區地形陡峭,地質破碎,且地震作用活躍,近年來受全球氣候變遷及極端氣候影響下,強降雨及颱風暴雨劇增,致天然災害發生機率相對提高。尤以山區經常發生落石、山崩、土石流災害,造成道路設施之損壞、交通中斷,對人民之生活、生命、財產影響甚鉅,如何建構安全之道路,乃為當前最重要之的課題。而各邊坡災害之致災原因?盡相同,在經費有限之際,對於邊坡災害後復建工法之選擇,應考量各項致災因子,選擇最妥適之復建方案,才能有效抑制邊坡災害再次發生。
    本研究蒐集台7線0K至61K(桃園市境內)路段,於96年至今之邊坡災害案例,分析其災害成因及類型,並針對八位曾任或現任台7線之養護工程司及主管進行焦點訪談,率定出災害復建時需考量之因子及不同災害類型建議採用之修復方式。
    期望藉由本研究的歸納及分析,能對山區的邊坡養護有所幫助,提供第一線養護工程司面對邊坡災害復建方案選擇時,能有基本的參考依據及研判最佳之復建工法方式,期能將災害影響降至最低,建構安全之道路。
    ;The mountainous terrain of Taiwan is steep, geologically fragmented, and seismically active. In recent years, under the influence of global climate change and extreme weather, heavy rainfall, and typhoon rain have increased dramatically, resulting in a relatively higher probability of natural disasters.
    Rockfalls and landslides occur in mountainous areas, causing damage to road facilities and interruption of traffic, which have a huge impact on people′s living, lives, and property. The construction of safe roads is the most important issue at present.
    The causes of various slope disasters are not the same, the selection of reconstruction methods after slope disasters should consider various disaster-causing factors, and choose the most appropriate reconstruction plan to effectively suppress the recurrence of slope disasters.
    This research collects the cases of slope disasters at Provincial Highway 7 within Taoyuan City, the section from 0K to 61K, starting from the year 2007 to the present, and analyzes the causes and types of disasters.
    Interviews were conducted with former or current maintenance engineers and supervisors of Provincial Highway 7, determining factors to be considered during disaster recovery and suggested repair methods for different disaster types.
    It is hoped that the induction and analysis of this research can help the slope maintenance in mountainous areas, provide the first line maintenance engineering the basic reference basis, and determine the best recovery plan when facing the slope disaster recovery plan, minimize the impact of disasters, and construct safe roads.
