    Abstract: 運用目標設定來自我管理在學習過程中是重要的機制,因為學生的學習通常是被要求達成學業上預定的學習目標,而這個過程就是從設定目標到達成目標間的歷程。本研究的目的在發展一個網路上的目標設定學習環境,提供使用者在設定目標及達成目標過程中所需的支援。本研究首先探討網路學習環境及目標設定相關理論,歸納出網路目標設定環境建置的建議原則,根據建議來分析及設計所需的功能模組,並設計實作一個以目標設定為理念的網路學習環境。 運用本研究所探討的建議,實際設計及建構「網路閱讀網站」,此網站以閱讀書籍為目標。系統將設計學習環境及工具,支援學習者從閱讀目標的設定到閱讀目標的完成。依本研究探討出的功能分析,系統主要可分為幾個部分:目標功能模組、使用者功能模組、歷程分析記錄模組、評量模組及互動功能模組。根據系統實施結果及問卷調查顯示:本系統對於幫助使用者設定閱讀目標及幫助使用者達成閱讀目標所提供的支援是有效的。 Goal setting is instrumental to self-management of learning. This is because learning is usually an activity to achieve a certain learning goal in the learning process. The purpose of this study is developing a web-based learning environment using the concept of goal setting as foundations. This environment provides tools to support a learner to set goal and achieve it. We first propose an idea to design such a system, than after investigating web-based learning environment, goal setting theory and related theories. We proceed to implement a web-based environment according to the investigation. This study using the concept to develop a website that focuses on reading. The function of the site can divide into five functions: goal setting function, user related function, portfolio related function, review function, and interaction function. Most users of our system agree that this system is effective in help of Goal-setting and achieve of the goal.
