本論文採用有助於建立化合物具方向性之四苯基(-4Ph)基團鍵結二氧化硫與三?為電子受體,並與spiroAC、DMAC、DPAC、4MeCz之電子予體分別合成出一系列化合物,共計有8種化合物。期望當化合物具方向性時,能夠有效提升效率。 在利用二氧化硫為電子受體時,為了加以分析量測結果,我們合成出不具有四苯基之二氧化硫結構對照組,分別與上述四種不同電子予體配合,共計有4種化合物來進行比較及討論。然而,在三?的部分,由於合成上遇到困難,因此本篇論文僅討論其化合物之合成,並無其他物性等量測結果之探討。 ;In this thesis, a tetraphenyl (-4Ph) group that helps to induce the horizontal orientation alignment in the OLEDs device is introduced to the designed compound where sulfur dioxide and triazine as the electron acceptor while spiroAC, DMAC, DPAC, and 4MeCz are electron donors. There are a total of 8 compounds. It is expected that when the compound is horizontally aligned on substrate, the efficiency of OLEDs can be effectively improved. When using sulfur dioxide as the electron acceptor, in order to analyze the performance of compound with -4Ph, we synthesized a control group without -4Ph, which was matched with the above four different electron donors, and a total of 4 control compounds were synthesized and compared. However, in the part of triazine, due to difficulties in synthesizing, this thesis only discusses the synthesis process of its compounds but no other analytical measurement results due to insufficient amount of materials.
