摘要:	未來的網路將會是異質網路(Heterogeneous Networks)整合應用的時代，各類型之接取網路(Access Networks)，包括蜂巢式無線網路、寬頻無線網路與固接式寬頻有線網路之間的整合與溝通將會是一項重要的議題，異質網路中之接取網路的選擇、移動管理(Mobility Management)、垂直式交握(Vertical Handoff)之技術都是關鍵性的技術元件。當使用者處於多個異質接取網路中時，首要之問題便是如何評估並且遴選各個不同之接取網路，因此，一個全面性並能提供使用者各式需求之網路遴選策略便十分重要，由於各類型之接取網路條件各異，在移動性、頻寬、延遲時間與價格的情形均有所差異，故必須要依賴網路遴選之機制，先為使用者選取一個適當之接取網路，以進行服務傳輸。本論文提出一網路遴選策略，目的為在異質接取網路環境上，當各種終端處於多個可用網路之情形下時，利用使用者之選擇設定與各種資訊，如使用者之優先等級、網路頻寬、成本與費用等因素，為終端裝置遴選適當接取網路之策略。經過模擬後，可發現本論文所提出之三類十二種遴選網路策略，包括考慮價格、頻寬與延遲時間，可讓使用者選用適合的選擇方式，並且依其要求選出符合需要設定之接取網路，而重新協調之機制，亦能夠降低整體網路之阻絕率。 The tread of the future networks is an integrated heterogeneous network. It is important to integrate and communicate between different kinds of access networks, which include cellular phone network, broadband wireless network and broadband fixed network. The technologies about the access network selection, mobility management and vertical handoff are very important keystones. When a user can access multiple networks, the first question will be how to select a better network as user’s need. Because it has a lot of different between every kind of heterogeneous network, so, the strategies that can help users to select suitable access network is very important. We propose network selection strategies to select the appropriate network for users. And users can choose the strategy they need to select a suitable network in order to meet their requirements. After our simulation, the different kind of strategy as its design can select the network to fit in with the user’s requirement.
