高速公路為一進出口管制路段,欲進入高速公路主線車輛皆須經由入口匝道進入高速公路,匝道匯入主線車輛對主線車輛所產生之各種干擾型態,皆會對主線車輛之旅行時間產生影響。再者,交通資訊為用路人行為決策之重要參考依據,可提供駕駛者選擇適當之路徑與出發時間,以避免交通擁擠,而利用即時之交通資料預測未來旅行時間,則是未來先進旅行者資訊系統不可或缺之交通資訊。 本研究分係針對高速公路進口匝道匯流路段之變換車道行為與加速車道變換車道匯入主線行為動機與條件進行界定,並進一步撰寫模擬模式,進而探討不同流量型態、資料擷取時間與偵測器佈設長度等相關參數之實驗組合,並以偵測器蒐集之相關參數資料,透過類神經進行旅行時間預測,以期提供精準之旅行時間預測,藉此作為用路人路徑選擇或出發時間決策判斷依據。 經由反覆的校估與測試,由研究結果得知,本研究所構建旅行時間預測模式,預測屬於「高精準預測」,於高速公路進口匝道匯流路段旅行時間預測方面,可提供交通相關單位預測旅行時間參考之雛形。 Highway is entrances and exits’ controlled section of highway; therefore, drivers who want to enter highway should pass through entrance ramp. All kinds of interference which happen when rampconverges vehicles would produce effect of travel time to drivers. Moreover, traffic information is an important reference for users’ behavior decision, for example, it can help drivers to choose the suitable path and time in order to avoid traffic jam. And the use of immediate traffic information to predict travel time would be essential in the future. The research focus on the definitions of the changing driveway behavior of the entrance ramp converges road of highway and the behavior motivation and conditions of the speed-up driveway merge in the mainline, and goes a step further to write simulated model then discuss the experimental combinations of related parameter about different flow types, the time of data-gaining, the distance of the speed machine setting and so on. At the same time, the parameter data which collected by the speed machine are using by the nerve-like to forecast the travel time to expect to provide the precise prediction of the travel time and become the users’ path-choosing and leave time reference. Through proofreading and testing repeatedly, this research’s travel time forecasting pattern belongs to “high-precise prediction.” In the aspect of the entrance ramp converges road of highway’s travel time prediction, it can also provide the embryo of the travel time forecasting to the related traffic departments
