本研究主要目的在發展一套包含產品設計自動化原理、方法論與系統之整合性解決方案,有效地儲存、整合、傳遞、控管、分享、評估及追蹤,企業的產品設計資源。以數位化產品設計的角度來發展企業之產品資料管理系統( Product Data Management System﹐PDMS),將有效滿足目前的企業環境、經濟環境與市場需求。依循Rational 統一流程(Rational Unified Process﹐RUP),並使用UML物件導向語言來發展系統,將有助於系統發展過程中所面臨的導入問題,進而系統化、快速化的構建大型複雜系統。尤其是發展程序所產生的文件,對於模擬專案知識、技術及經驗的累積有相當的助益,同時,也具體發揮物件導向可再利用(Reuse)模組化的特性。 The main purpose of this research is to develop a total solution to deal with the automatic principle of product design﹒A well–designed PDMS(Product Data Management System) can help the enterprise to store﹐integrate﹐transmit﹐monitor﹐share﹐estimate﹐and track the product design resource more efficiently and effectively﹒In order to fulfill the enterprises strategies﹐economic environment﹐and market requirements﹐the enterprise needs to digitalized it’s PDMS﹒By using the UML methodology we can significantly decrease the number of problems in developing the system﹒Hence it makes the construction of our PDMS more systematically and decreases the development time﹒Especially ,the documents created can help the enterprises to accumulate the knowledge﹐expertise and experience of the system development﹒And it also reveal the reuse and modular characteristics of Object-Oriented software development﹒
