    Abstract: 本論文設計並實作了一個能夠讓使用者進行社群管理的階層式學校與班級線上學習社群。一般線上學習社群建置,傾向於以主題區分社群,並針對該主題設置一討論主持者,負責引導學生的學習。而亞卓鎮和亞卓村的設計,則依照各自的學校與班級設置專屬的線上學習社群,並設置社群管理者。社群管理者除了引導學習之外,還能夠領導並管理該社群,使其更能夠掌握整個社群的發展。除此之外,當社群的數量逐漸增加時,系統管理者的負擔並不會相對的增加。社群管理者也可以由使用者來擔任,所以這些線上學習社群可以因此形成自治團體。為達到上述目的,本論文設計了一社群管理工具,提供給每個線上學習社群的社群管理者使用,社群管理者可以藉由社群管理工具規劃並發展各自的線上學習社群。初步調查的結果發現,社群管理工具的確對建立線上學習社群有幫助,而且社群管理者的參與對社群有正面的影響。因此必須好好掌握社群管理者,以有效協助線上學習社群的發展。 The objective of this paper is to present hierarchical school-based and class-based online learning communities which the users may manage and develop. General online learning communities are built according to subjects, and the moderators, who are experts, facilitate the learning. EduTowns and EduVillages are relatively designed according to schools and classes respectively. In addition to facilitating the learning, the managers may lead and manage their communities. Besides, the administrator doesn’t relatively have much more loading about community management when the communities increase. The users may occupy the managers, so their communities may become autonomous. For these purposes, the community management tools are designed and implemented, which the managers use to manage their communities. From the result of preliminary study, the community management tools are helpful to build online learning communities indeed and the managers’ attendance influence their communities positively. Hence in order to develop the online learning communities, the managers should be assisted.
