Abstract:	文字、寫作觀、物質、情慾、女性關懷與歷史敘事，雖已成為當代台灣文學研究的關鍵詞，本計畫仍想探究除了被論者聚焦的物質如玉石、瓷器、茶葉、青銅器之外的其餘器物，以周芬伶和陳玉慧作品為例，探究文本中的物質象徵，論析她們對文字和寫作的探究，進而延伸出她們一貫的女性關懷，並將她們的多重身分納入探討，細究其多元而動態的寫作觀察及文藝、戲劇活動，如何反饋至其跨文類文本中，論析她們如何建構物與人之關係，又如何以此為基礎拓展至人與巫、人與（女）神／仙以及主體和客體（異鄉人）之譜系，又如何揭示從戀物到戀物癖、癮、疫病等議題，試圖探論小說家如何利用說故事的技藝，展開對歷史的深度反思。
