Abstract:	本計畫主要針對我國正在服役的福爾摩沙七號衛星星系與即將發射的獵風者衛星，透過各個不同的面向優化精進其資料的品質、提升並擴展資料之加值與應用。本計畫之目標包括精進與優化獵風者衛星遙測產品品質;發展資料同化關鍵技術將衛星(RO與R)反演資料同化至大氣數值模式，提升劇烈天氣預報，颱風，豪雨預報之準確性; 並針對RO及R觀測加值拓展在水文方面的應用。本計畫預期可提升福衛及獵風者衛星觀測資料之使用效益，強化我國GNSS自主觀測技術發展及應用。計畫之研發成果，將可作為帶動未來國內GNSS觀測系統商業模式之重要基礎。
