    Abstract: 利用已開發可兼容多種導管的前級電生理訊號放大器,配合三維標測系統的指標圖像化、後端工作站數據分析,可對複雜個案進行高密度標測以分析即時電氣傳導路徑,並利用稀疏學習增強AF「驅動器」預測,判定需處理的位置。若可將成功率提升至90%,持續型AF病患可減少50~66%的額外手術費用。而心房纖維化區域若可於竇性節律下被SAFE-T標測,且證實與AF驅動源相關可直接予以電燒,將縮短醫師手術時間減低輻射曝露的劑量。
