    摘要: 含氯溶劑大量生產且廣泛應用於各種用途。然而,含氯溶劑的使用造成土壤或地下水等關切環境問題。過去二十年間,許多場址陸續確定遭受含氯溶劑污染。由於殘留相的重質非水相液體(DNAPL)將形成持久性的污染源,因此對於這些受含氯溶劑污染的場址管理將會變的更為複雜且具挑戰性。此外,含氯溶劑即使在濃度較低的情況下也被認為是具致癌性的有毒物質。以健康風險評估為基礎的整治計畫為污染場址管理的替代方案。健康風險評估結合宿命傳輸模式與風險評估工具以計算地下水污染物對於人類健康的影響。在厭氧的情況下,氯烯類因為還原脫氯反應使得四氯乙烯依序轉換為三氯乙烯、二氯乙烯的同分異構物(1,1-二氯乙烯、順-1,2-二氯乙烯、反-1,2-二氯乙烯)、氯乙烯和乙烯。在此情況下,原始污染物與其子產物常共存於含水層中而形成不同毒性污染物組成的化學混合物。多污染物遷移的宿命傳輸解析模式為有效益的工具,其可同時計算原始污染物以及其所降解子污染物的污染團遷移行為。雖然文獻中已有一些多污染物遷移宿命傳輸解析模式,但是目前可使用的模式主要都是考慮污染源的入流邊界條件不會隨時間變化。本專案目標發展地下水含氯溶劑污染場址健康風險評估軟體。將完成三個重要的工作項目,工項一為分別採用具指數衰減以及任意隨時間變化的邊界條件發展兩個更具實用性的多污染物遷移宿命傳輸解析模式。工項二整合新發展的多污染物遷移宿命傳輸解析模式及風險評估工具,開發可計算致癌與非致癌的健康風險模組。工項三開發致癌與非致癌健康風險模組的友善的圖形使用者介面方便使用者快速計算致癌與非致癌風險。 ;Chlorinated solvents have been produced and utilized widely for a wide variety of purposes. However, usage of chlorinated solvents have cause a spectrum of environmental problems of great concern such as the contamination of soil and groundwater. Many groundwater chlorinated solvent contaminated site were recognized during the past two decades. Management of such contaminated sites are challenging and complicated because that the presence of residual of dense aqueous phase liquids (DNAPLs) pro-duce persistent sources of groundwater contamination. Moreover, chlorinated solvents are recognized as carcinogens and toxicants , even at low concentration levels. Health risk-based remediation is an al-ternative approach for management of contaminated sites. Health risk assessment combines fate and transport model and health risk assessment tool to calculate the impact of groundwater contamination on human health. Under anaerobic conditions, chloroethenes are subject to reductive dechlorination re-sulting in the stepwise conversion of PCE to TCE, DCE isomers (1,1-DCE, cis -1,2- DCE and trans -1,2- DCE), VC, and ethene. In this situation, the original pollutants and their daughter products are susceptible to coexist in the aquifer forming hazardous chemical mixtures composed of contaminants of different toxicity. Fate and transport analytical model for multiple contaminant is a cost-effective tool for simultaneous determination of the plume migration behavior of chemical mixtures of the original contaminants and their degradation related products. Although several multi-contaminants fate and transport analytical model have already been reported in the literature, those currently available have primarily been derived for a time-invariant inlet source boundary condition. In this project, we target to develop a health risk assessment software for groundwater chlorinated solvent contaminated site. Three important tasks will be completed. Task 1 will derive two multi-contaminants fate and transport analyti-cal models for exponential decaying and arbitrary time-dependents boundary conditions for more real world applications. Task 2 will integrate the newly derived fate and transport models and health risk as-sessment tool to develop a module for computing carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic health risks. Task 3 will build a friendly graphical user interface (GUI) for developed health risk assessment module that facilitates the user to quickly and easily execute the calculation of carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic health risks.
