    Abstract: 捷運工程施工複雜、工期長且多變的工程特質,使職業災害發生原因
    所隱含的災害訊息,因工作特性、作業環境差異及特殊工法而有所不同,
    在眾多影響因素中,如何完善督導機制,預防職業災害產生,以協助捷運
    工程如期、如質完工,是本論文研究的課題。
    本研究蒐集公共工程委員會 108 至 110 年施工常見缺失態樣,分析安
    全衛生相關缺失與捷運工程職業災害之關聯性,並針對曾任或現任捷運工
    程主管及職安衛領域相關委員進行焦點訪談,依捷運特有工程特色,區分
    高架及地下段高風險作業項目之重要性,最後透過問卷調查主辦機關、專
    案管理、監造單位及施工廠商,幫助提升工地現場督導執行水準等精進策
    略。
    期望藉由本研究的統計分析、訪談及問卷,提供捷運工程第一線督導
    人員在面對不同階段的施工過程,能有基本的安全認知,即時掌握督導重
    點,落實職業安全衛生管理,降低高風險性作業危害及重複性缺失,建構
    安全、健康的工作環境。;The project of rapid transit engineering has the complex, changeable engineering characteristics and long construction period. Due to the different situation of workplace environment, special construction methods, it causes different types of occupational injuriy. With all of the impacts, how to assist the project as scheduled and as high quality to improve supervision mechanism and to prevent the accident is the topic of this study.
    This research collects the construction defects of public construction commission from 2019 to 2021. Analysis of the connection between safe and health related deficiencies and occupational injury in rapid transit engineering project. The research has interviewed with former or current MRT engineering supervisors and relevant committee members in the field of occupational safe and health. According to rapid transit particular engineering try to distinguish the importance of high-risk project between viaduct and underground section. The questionnaire, consisting of organizer, professional construction management, construction supervisor and constructor, analyzed advanced strategies to develop supervisor execution skills.
    This study offers the information to the frontline supervisor to acquire basic competencies of safety and health and control the work during field operations to face the different stage of work progresses. Also, it′s expected that through the statistical analysis, interviews and questionnaire giving the supervisor ideas of decision to reduce occupational injury and repetitive defects and a safe and healthy working environment will be constructed.
