    Title: 路燈設施在路面照度分佈的檢測方法之探討

    Abstract: 道路照明設施會有照度分佈變化與衰減情形,客觀掌握道路照明變化是道路管理當局應負之責任,但複雜且冗長的量測方式不僅造成管理單位重大負擔,過程亦會影響用路人使用道路的權益,所以使用客觀、簡易、快速的量測方式有效追蹤道路燈光照度分佈情況是有必要的,尤其是LED。本研究以路燈照度量測方式,利用載具在不同高度下進行路面及路燈之照度分佈進行量測,作為路燈檢測方法,探討路燈是否符合照明水準,提供維護人員即時之照明成效,使道路照明水準獲得有效改善與提升。
    由於鈉燈與LED燈光源差異大,經選擇近郊區路段不同光源,量測結果顯示研究方法可以符合高壓鈉燈及LED燈檢測需求;其中LED燈以傳統方式量測時,因光源特性必須更謹慎判斷檢測資料,以本研究方式進行量測,可以獲得更佳的數據變化曲線,誤差小且易於判讀;由於LED光源在老、劣化後的光衰時會嚴重影響照明水準,經追蹤發現部分LED燈在短時間內發生大幅度光衰,路段照度亦下降,顯示路燈量測對LED燈極為重要。另不佳的路燈設置會有斑馬紋的產生,易引發視覺疲勞,以本研究量測方式作為分析基準,其效果將優於路面量測方式,且對於LED明暗的呈現更加明顯,這結果將有助於提供照明與斑馬紋改善的參考。
    ;Road lighting facilities will have changes in illuminance distribution and attenuation. It is the responsibility of the road management department to objectively grasp the changes in road lighting. However, the complex and lengthy measurement method causes a heavy burden on the management department, and the process will also affect the use of the road by passers-by. Therefore, objective, A simple and fast measurement method is necessary to effectively track the distribution of road lighting illumination.
    There is a big difference between sodium lighting and LED light sources. The measurement results show that the research method can meet the testing requirements of high-pressure sodium lamps and LED lighting; when LED lighting are measured in the traditional way, the test data must be judged more carefully due to the characteristics of the light source. a better data change curve can be obtained, the error is small and easy to interpret.
    Because of the aging and deterioration of the LED light source, the lighting level will be seriously affected. After tracking, it was found that some LED lights suffered a large light decline in a short period of time, and the illuminance of the road section also decreased. It shows that the measurement of street lights is extremely important for LED lights.
