Abstract:	本計畫主要針對我國即將發射的獵風者衛星，透過各個不同的面向優化精進其資料的品質、提升並擴展資料之加值與應用。本計畫之目標包括精進與優化獵風者衛星遙測產品品質；發展資料同化關鍵技術將衛星R反演資料同化至大氣，海洋及土壤水文方面的應用。本計畫預期可提升獵風者衛星觀測資料之使用效益，強化我國GNSS自主觀測技術發展及應用。計畫之研發成果，將可作為帶動未來國內GNSS觀測系統商業模式之重要基礎。
