    Abstract: 隨著台灣經濟的繁榮,各種交通與附屬也跟著大量的興建,其中橋梁的興建更不在話下。但由於台灣為一海島型國家且位於環太平洋地震帶上,再加上交通運輸量也日益增多,種種外在天然因素與人為因素的影響,造成橋梁損壞有日趨嚴重的現象,近幾年來國內也發生多起橋梁損害嚴重或因而倒塌的案例,嚴重威脅到人民的生命財產安全,其中以澎湖跨海大橋因嚴重腐蝕而提前改建和民國八十九年高屏大橋落橋事件最為著名。也因為這些嚴重案例的發生,讓我們了解到必須時時刻刻掌握橋梁健康的資訊,才能避免災害的發生,因此橋梁檢測監測的工作逐漸被人們所重視。 ??蛝?騧甯?巨銗L先進國家,國內有關橋梁檢測的資料可說是明顯的不足,因此國內尚無法精確的預估橋梁構件損害的趨勢。在本研究中即參考其他國家相關的寶貴經驗,訂定一套屬於國內之鋼筋混凝土橋梁構件損害劣化預估法則,希望能藉由此分析模式作為開端,提供日後橋梁維修與補強之參考依據。本研究之主要的研究目的為: 1.決定橋梁劣化之環境影響因素。 2.以D.E.R.&U.目視檢測法之檢測資料配合或然率模型來進行橋梁構件老劣化預測。 3.提供維修與補強之建議。 也望藉由檢測評估之同時,累積足夠之橋梁檢測資訊,將台灣地區橋梁管理系統中資訊建構完全,讓橋梁管理決策者能依據相關資料做出最適當的判斷,健全國內橋梁管理機制,使人民生命財產安全受到保障。 With economic growing in Taiwan, a lot of traffic construction and accessory facilities are established. Doubtless, bridge construction is indispensable in traffic development. However, many natural and man-made elements cause damage to bridges increasingly in Taiwan. Moreover, Taiwan is an island country and located in the seismic belt of Pacific Ocean, which is harmful to the bridges. Another factor is the heavy traffic loading. Due to these, in recent years, there are a number of bridges seriously destroyed and collapsed, which threatens safety of people in life and property. Two typical cases are rebuilt Pong-Hu Crossing-sea Bridge corroded and Kaohsiung-Pingtung Bridge collapsed in 1990. These serious cases enforce us on collecting the information of constructed bridges all the time to avoid tragedies. Therefore, to monitor or test bridges is highly emphasized. Compared with other advanced countries in America and Europe, the reference materials of bridges monitoring in Taiwan are still deficiency, so the damage trend of the bridge is still unable to be estimated accurately. In this research, the valuable experience in other countries is referral to set rules for estimating the damage and deterioration of a domestic RC bridge; this research also hopes offering a reference on the maintenance of bridge furthermore. In short, the main research purposes are: 1. To determine the environmental influence factor of the bridge deterioration. 2. To predict the deterioration of the bridge, with the measured data from the D.E.R. &U., Visual Inspection Method and the probability model. 3. To offer suggestions on the maintenance of the bridge. The researcher also hopes to accumulate enough bridge measurement information to build an information system for the authority concerned making the most proper judgment, mechanism of bridge management, and making people's safety of life and property.
