    Abstract: 本研究計畫以花蓮米崙斷層系統作為主要研究標的,將設置全球首創的地下水整合觀測系統,觀測資料並將與中研院米崙斷層鑽探計畫以及氣象局花蓮地震地下水觀測站資料做比較與分析,以瞭解斷層與地震活動和深部流體的交互作用行為,嘗試探討地下水作為偵測地震前兆的可能性與瞭解地震發生的機制。
