Abstract:	本計畫的目的是利用衛星現地量測資料，研究四峰潮汐波、電漿空乏灣、電漿不規則體等電離層氣候，以及日食、磁暴、海嘯、地震等電離層天氣。研究結果將有助定位、導航、電離層通訊品質的監測與預報。
