    摘要: 本研究以橋梁功能評估為主軸,針對橋梁承載力評估、DERU指數評估、橋墩基礎沖刷評估三大項目編譯程式進行自動化快速評估。首先將橋梁設計規範和橋梁工程標準圖作為承載力評估的基本理論,並使用靜力學公式推導彎矩、剪力和活載重影響線,快速計算出斷面標稱強度,用來評估耐荷評估係數RF值,完成橋梁承載能力評估,而DERU指數評估則是把橋梁檢測的構件評分結果配合構件權重計算出橋梁之狀況指標(Condition Index, CI)、橋梁優選指標(Priority Index, PI)、沖刷穩定指標(Scouring Stability Index, SSI)、結構耐震指標(Anti-Seismic Index, ASI)、行車舒適安全指標(Comfort & Safety Index, CSI)五大指標,最後跨河橋梁沖刷潛勢評估是使用交通部運輸研究所提供的「跨河橋梁沖刷潛勢評估表」,計算資料紀錄項目、室內評估項目、現地評估項目三大項目評估分數,加權統整出評估結果,並將繁雜流程使用物件導向程式進行自動化計算,大幅縮短計算時間,再將結果和結構分析程式及過去文獻結果進行比較,驗證其正確性。;This research takes bridge evaluation as the main idea, and comprehensively conducts automatic and rapid evaluation in three major projects, bridge carrying capacity evaluation, DERU index evaluation, and pier foundation scour evaluation. Firstly, the “Bridge Design Code” and “Bridge Standard Drawing” are used as the basic theory for bridge carrying capacity evaluation. And to deduce the bending moment, shear force and live load influence line from the statics formula. Therefore the nominal strength of the section can be calculated soon to evaluate the Rating Factor(RF), which is used to analyze the bridge carrying capacity. Secondly, DERU index evaluation, included five index, the bridge condition index (CI), the bridge priority index (PI), the scouring stability index (SSI), the anti-seismic index (ASI), and the Comfort & Safety Index (CSI).Thirdly is cross-river bridges scouring potential evaluation, which is based on the research "Erosion Potential Evaluation Form for Cross-river Bridges" provided by the Ministry of Communications Transportation. To sum all scores of data records items, indoor evaluation items, and on-site evaluation items, then weighted and integrated the results. By executing automatic calculation procedure through object-oriented program, it can greatly shorten the use time of complicated process, and finally compare the results with the structural analysis program and previous literatures to verify their correctness.
