摘要: | 營造工地建材主要分為散裝建材、袋裝建材等等,各種建材以袋裝建材使用度最高,每年使用量仍持續增加,袋裝建材種類眾多,其中常見品牌以「美特耐」及「優泥」最為著名,具有各種規格袋裝建材,滿足營造工程使用,運送袋裝建材目前多以運輸車輛進行載運,除能有效控制材料數量使用狀況,更能精確掌握運輸時程;有效精確指派車輛,求出車輛運輸最佳化成本。 本研究以北部某聯合運輸公司為研究背景,透過有效車輛分配與調度,利用最佳化分析提升效率,在指定運輸時間內,將各運輸車輛利用電腦運算指派模式,完成運輸成本最佳化;本研究針對運輸車輛指派為範例,提供限定的工期、已知的載運數量、運輸車輛的種類及載運數量等已知條件,透過整數規劃最佳化模式,確認最佳化所運算求得之成本,達到有效率的車輛調度,即時提供運算結果與數據給決策者準確參考判斷,進而隨時滾動式調整接案數量及各式車輛數量。 ;Construction site decoration building materials are mainly divided into bulk building materials, bagged building materials, etc. Various building materials are mostly used in bagged building materials.
