營建工程是推動國家經濟重要發展之一,近年來重大基礎建設蓬勃發展、前膽建設及愛台十二建設、桃園國際航空城等重大建設陸續推展,隨著各大建設開發與需求,推動過程中,繪圖人員素質日益重要,運用建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)或結合其他軟體做智慧化管理為現行趨勢,檢討工程介面及施工細節,藉以提高工程效率、降低成本。 本研究為求得繪圖人員最佳化的排班結果,以勞務平衡及指派公平為目標,考量每日值勤的天數及職務的不同,透過數學0-1整數規劃,編排限制條件等,建構數學模式,運用電腦軟體LINGO 18.0,結合EXCEL輪出數據資料,求出最佳解的排班模式,並透過人員的增減及工地增減變化做敏感度分析評估,其分析的數值資料,可提供後續決策者決策參考指標。 ;Construction works are an important driving factor for the country′s economic development. In recent years, in response to the booming development of major infrastructures, the launch and progress of major construction projects, such as the Forward-Looking Infrastructure Development Program, the i-Taiwan 12 Infrastructure Projects, and the Taoyuan Aerotropolis Project, the demand for major construction development has also boomed. The quality of the draughtsman is becoming increasingly important in the development of projects and programs. The use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) or the integration of other software for intelligent management has become a current trend. Engineering interfaces and construction details need to be reviewed to improve efficiency and reduce costs. In order to optimize the scheduling results of the draughtsman and to achieve the objectives of labor balance and fairness in task assignment, A mathematical model based on mathematical 0-1 integer planning and scheduling constraints was developed to the daily duty and the different duties. This study uses the software package LINGO18.0 as a tool, and the numerical output of EXCEL is used to find the optimal scheduling model, and sensitivity analysis and evaluation are carried out through changes in staff and site. The numerical data obtained from the analysis can also be used as an important indicator for future reference by managers.
