    摘要: 近年來由於國民生活水準提升,工商業發展迅速人口激增,對自來水品質需求日益殷切;影響自來水口感之因素主要為臭度與硬度,如未經煮沸,則臭味為主要因素。為提升自來水口感、味覺、硬度等適飲性品質,所以淨水廠設備提升及改良,方可確保飲水安全為本研究重點考量。
    本研究針對某營造工程公司所依契約要求,在各區工務所設備保養及機電、土建、環工等查核工項之執行成效,利用線性整數規劃最佳化模式,以求得不同類型查核人員執行查核之人力指派工作,提供決策者調派力之參考。本研究為驗證上述問題,針對年度查核小組人員指派之個別需求及限制條件設定,規劃設計模式的適用性,針對查核小組編成及指派,設定限制條件,建立一套最佳化整數規劃數學模式,並利用LINGO 17.0軟體求解。
    ;In recent years, due to the improvement of people′s living standards, the rapid development of industry and commerce, the population has surged, and the demand for tap water quality has become increasingly intense. The main factors affecting the taste of tap water are odor and hardness. If it is not boiled, the odor is the main factor. In order to improve the drinking quality of tap water, such as taste, taste, hardness, etc., the equipment of the water purification plant is upgraded and improved to ensure the safety of drinking water. This research focuses on consideration.
    According to the contract requirements of a construction engineering company, this study uses the linear integer programming optimization model to obtain different types of inspectors for the performance of equipment maintenance and mechanical and electrical, civil engineering, environmental engineering and other inspection projects in various districts. Execute the manpower assignment of the audit, and provide a reference for decision makers to assign power. In order to verify the above problems, this research aims at the applicability of the planning and design mode according to the individual requirements and constraints set by the personnel assigned by the annual inspection team, and sets the constraints for the compilation and assignment of the inspection team, and establishes a set of optimal integer programming mathematical models. And use LINGO 17.0 software to solve.
