摘要: | 營造公司執行營建工程建築工地,為達成建築工地順利完成,於營建部門規劃一套管理營建人員教育訓練方案,目的為營建人員工程技能學習及執行職務確實依循施工標準。執行教育訓練的過程,可培養營建人員技能成長及合作默契,清楚職務執行權責,指揮系統明確分工。運用教育訓練職務指派模式,採用的方式為營建主管帶領營建工程師實施教育訓練指導,從主管的技能傳授及經驗分享,同時在工程執行方面:交辦、執行、監督、驗收每一環節確實完備,讓營建人員教育訓練方案的成效符合公司經營的目的。 本研究針對營建人員教育訓練職務指派公平性,運用數學整數的規則取得最優化模型,試算出營建人員執行教育訓練職務指派之參考數據,依據現場主管及工程師執行營建管理成效的反應,提供專案管理者於教育訓練職務指派之人員調度及訓練績效之參考。在求解過程方面,本模式依營建人員執行專責職務及組合限制人數、執行天數,進行教育訓練職務指派之分析,設定參數及限制式,輸入LINGO18.0之程式軟體可得最優化之指派模式。本研究以營建人員執行教育訓練職務指派公平性為參考依據,並比較最優化研究模式與人工指派之比較標準差,顯示最優化之平均分配職務指派人員。 ;The construction company executes the construction project on the construction site.
