    Title: 鋪面材料回彈行為於車轍與疲勞破壞之影響評估

    Abstract: 本研究主要討論的內容是探討在非均佈荷重作用下材料非線性之影響,說明如下: 本研究採用三維有限元素鋪面結構為分析模式,探討非均佈荷重、材料非線性、覆土應力對鋪面的影響。本研究續用前人已將輪胎模型模擬成輪胎與鋪面表面的接觸應力條件下,再針對材料非線性以及覆土應力的作用下,分析不同打氣胎壓與單軸雙輪載重作用下鋪面的反應,分析結果著重在車轍與疲勞破壞的應變參數,依序為最大垂直壓應變與最大水平張應變,兩種應變值決定鋪面的「使用性」,於本研究中講述兩種應變值,於國道與省道下有何不同,並比較不同胎壓與輪重下兩者鋪面的差異性。在路面績評估方面,結合論文第五章分析原理,應用於AI設計方法之車轍及疲勞龜裂模式理論,針對國道與省道兩種斷面進行鋪面破壞分析。由分析結果顯示,鋪面的表面開裂將可能發生於輪胎周圍,而鋪面的車轍破壞則發生在單軸雙輪兩輪間,而且最大壓應變發生在兩輪中心線上,鋪面發生破壞的嚴重性與重車的高胎壓、高軸重有關,所以非均佈載重與材料非線性模式更可以模擬出真實鋪面反應。 This study main discuss about the influence of tire-pavement with the non-uniform contact stress with non-linear material and focuses on effects of the tensile strain at the bottom of the surface layer and the compressive strain at the top of the subgrade soil. This study developed a 3-dimensional finite element model to discussing the effects of tire-pavement with non-uniform contact stress and non-linear material. This study ever develops a tire model to model tire-pavement non-uniform contact stress and non-linear material. The pavement response results in different tire pressure and single axle with two wheels which show that the surface crack occurred near the tires side and the surface rutting occurred under the center of the two tires. The distress relate with high tire pressure and axle load. So non-linear material can model the response of surface on pavement. In the performance-based pavement evaluation part. The application for the rutting and tired cracks mode theorem of AI design method counter with non-uniform and uniform load to proceed to pavement effects.
