科技蓬勃發展的情況下,無論是觀察太空的望遠鏡或者是人手一 台的手機,或是現在最熱門的擴增實境技術,都需要更多不同尺寸的 光學元件來進行實際的運用,此時鏡片的測試變得相當重要。 干涉儀多被使用作於檢測工具,利用干涉條文的變化量進行分析。 但如曲率太大或者是像差太大時,干涉儀無法進行量測。因此本論文 使用本實驗室所開發的高動態範圍 Shack-Hartmann 波前檢測器搭配 場鏡(Field Lens),來進行量測因曲率太大而無法被干涉儀所量測之 中大型鏡片。;With the rapid development of science and technology, whether it is a telescope for observing space, a mobile phone per person, or the most popular augmented reality technology, more optical components of different sizes are needed for practical application. Testing becomes quite important. Interferometers are mostly used as detection tools to analyze the variation of interference patterns. However, if the curvature is too large or the aberration is too large, the interferometer cannot measure. Therefore, this thesis uses the high dynamic range Shack-Hartmann wavefront detector developed in our laboratory with Field Lens to measure the medium and large lenses whose curvature is too large to be measured by the interferometer
