Abstract:	此計畫由中央大學和穩懋半導體公司共同成立產學研發中心，進行三年期前瞻化合物半導體材料與元件相關研究。計畫內容涵蓋技術研發，人才培育和市場佈局等工作，預期可為合作企業提供具有市場潛力的創新產品技術與所需人才，協助該公司保持在全球化合物半導體晶圓代工服務之領先地位，也鞏固我國半導體產業在全球的戰略價值。
