    Abstract: 目前學界和實務界對於移工的重視偏少,但移工對於台灣卻扮演至關重要的角色。本計畫研究如何透過雙重管道的方式提供移工支持,此雙重管道包含企業雇主和專門服務移工的第三方利益組織。希望釐清如何雙管齊下提升在台移工的適應、身心狀態與工作表現,且協助近期政府所提出的多項移工留台計畫,提升移工留台與來台的意願。
