Abstract:	本計畫擬利用炔基普林斯反應形成碳環和雜環、各種肌醇的去對稱化和2-噁唑烷酮稠合氮丙啶的開環反應合成具有生物活性的化合物、天然產物。這些合成方法的發展有機會發現新的化學。本研究可以在合理的時間內完成，具備效率與新穎性；並為對立體選擇性合成和開發新合成工具感興趣的相關學生提供好的訓練。
