Abstract:	本研究計畫基於聯合國2021-2030海洋十年永續發展綱要及聯合國永續發展目標 (SDG 7 可負擔的潔淨能源、SDG 13 氣候行動、SDG 14 保育海洋生態及SDG 15 保育陸域生態)來規劃，關注於極端氣候對臺灣海洋環境資源的影響，以建立地理資訊系統的方式能讓科研界和社會大眾對海洋保育有進一步理解。
