    Abstract: 本計畫欲結合氮化物磊晶及生醫感測的技術,以InGaN奈米量子井開發新式的液態切片工具。液態切片僅需要極少量的血液,就能分析出癌細胞釋放的腫瘤DNA,不但能避免傳統組織切片對器官造成的傷害,更有機會做到定期篩檢、及早診斷,是癌症篩檢的新趨勢。然而,目前液態切片的技術非常繁瑣、耗時,也有訊號失真的問題。我們希望以InGaN量子井與鋁奈米顆粒形成的表面增益拉曼散射結構,省略 "螢光標記" 及 "表面改質" 兩大步驟,讓液態切片更快、更準、更便宜。
