    Abstract: 本計畫係將上一期計畫延伸,使得原已整合二維材料WS2奈米光源之零模波導,除了可以在高濃度下進行單分子探測外,在渦旋光束的照射下,進一步產生局部磁場,藉由操控波導表面磁化方向並結合手性誘導自旋選擇性,將原零模波導升級為具有分子對映選擇性之研究平台。預期這研究結果的達成將有助於非對稱反應的操控、單手性藥物分子合成、及生物識別機制的了解。
