Abstract:	本計畫以在地食農知識專業人才觀點，運用地方治理創新的概念與發展之主軸思維，釐清地方農業發展的問題，在國立中央大學與苗栗縣政府共同合作推動下，來建構苗栗客家食農文化永續發展藍圖。本計畫預期影響性有：1.深化食農人文內涵；2.地方農特產業升級；3.食農治理政策建議；4.食農知識數位推廣。
