    Abstract: 資訊科技產業奠基於人類對電子操控的深刻理解,而電子的控制始於在電磁場中遵守的Lorentz力。但對不帶電的光子而言並無Lorentz力,我們若能設法建構特殊的環境來使光子等效地遵守Lorentz力,便有機會操控光子如控制電子一般,並在光子學中設計新型態的元件應用於未來的光量子科技。本計畫基於此精神探討控制光子的新方法,其成果將引領新型態的光量子控制,並替未來光量子科技另闢蹊徑。
