Abstract:	因應使用者對於行動通訊頻寬與傳輸速度的殷切需求，毫米波頻段積體電路的發展成為必要關鍵，本計畫擬於三年內，建構微型化平衡式毫米波被動積體電路的完整合成技術。本計畫之研究產出將可於國內建立毫米波頻帶被動元件與射頻模組設計之關鍵技術。所完成之各等效電路模型、與設計用公式及圖表等，可直接成為射頻與微波元組件及模組的設計資料庫，做為後續射頻前端系統設計上的重要工具。所參與研究人員，亦可成為無線通訊、射頻、與微波科技的主要人才，對於國內無線通訊、射頻、及微波技術的推展，與相關技術國際能見度的提昇，均將有所助益。
