Abstract:	本計畫透過戰後來自中國的農業技術人員與美籍顧問、日本農學家與本土農業菁英的合作關係，了解臺灣農業復原與重建過程。這些技術人才分布在中央與地方農政機關，他們帶著戰亂、殖民等農業經驗，也負有反共、維持東亞安全體系的任務，彼此之間形成有脈絡可循的學術、資歷與社會網絡。在中美共同防禦理念下的臺灣農業在與中國對峙，卻又安定、快速地成長。而這個農業發展可說由中國、美國與日本三個知識體系交流合作下的成果，成為戰後臺灣的新農業經驗。
