    Abstract: 帶內全雙工架構被視為可提供射頻收發器雙倍頻譜效率的關鍵技術,由於現行可使用頻譜日益減少,本計畫選擇實現於FR3頻率之帶內全雙工收發機,可望成為6G無線系統兼顧高覆蓋範圍與高傳輸率之適合選擇。計畫提出之創新架構,簡易可行,且可以全積體電路研製,降低裝置成本,具有學術發展與產業效益。發展之具寬頻、高頻譜效率、低功耗的帶內全雙工發射機,可適用於5G/B5G/6G無線通信系統,計畫成果將可簡化無線通信系統之頻率規劃、降低延遲與射頻發射機功耗,特別對高效能的生醫感測與物聯網無線裝置,提供研發參考的範例。
